LOL. Oh geez. I've been drawing this foo a lot lately. I hearts Ulqui-chan. X3

I did this with watercolors (and I swear it looked WAY better before I scanned it ... gawd I hate my scanner ...), and it's been a while since I posted an undigitally-colored thing, so I hope it doesn't bother you guys. LOL

A friend of mine is going to cosplay him, so I can't wait to help with this costume. =D

Oooh, I like it. <3 Is he from Bleach? I love the bright blue in contrast with the dark blacks. Awesome!
